Cornwall District Communications (CDC)’s mandate is to team with suburban/rural communities to design, implement and manage network infrastructure that is “community appropriate”.

Communities served to date include: City of Cornwall, Township of South Stormont, Township of North Glengarry and the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne.

CDC has teamed with other asset and expertise providers such as electric and municipal water utilities, and cable TV providers to ensure low cost fibre/wireless network delivery in rural settings
