• Recognizing the ‘who you know’ component is moving online – and many of today’s oil and gas job seekers are not particularly online savvy.
• Consolidating & standardizing job postings and desirable time sensitive employment leads.
• Distributing these leads through modern digital channels such as social and paid media platforms reducing ‘lag’ in employment opportunities and facilitating online word of mouth.
• Removing obstacles in the application process via a simplified web app and consolidated application process.
